Pyes Pa, Tauranga: single-storey house for female guests,    partial host presence.‍

The Host: Joan – I have a cosy and accessible home designed to cater to the needs of female guests. I take pride in providing a comfortable and hassle-free stay for you. Located on a quiet residential street, my home offers a calm atmosphere where you can unwind and relax.

Accessibility: The entrance to my home has a shallow step, plus there is internal access from the garage, thus making it accessible for all. For added convenience, I have installed grab rails in the bathroom and toilet for support, in case you require the

Accommodation: My spacious room measures 3.25m x 3.5m and features a comfortable double bed, a table with a chair for your work or leisure needs, and a heater or fan to ensure a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

Bathroom: I have a shared bathroom (with separate toilet) with a large spa-like bath and a shower which has a 3 cm-tall edge for easy entry. For your safety and comfort, I have installed grab bars and rails in the shower area and beside the toilet. I also have a small stool for seating in the shower, if required.

Facilities: You are welcome to make use of the entire house, including the garden and deck where you can unwind. There is a small park across the road from my house, with a bench seat, in case you wish a brief change-of-scenery. I would be happy to assist you across the road.
If you prefer indoor relaxation, there is a Smart TV in the lounge and I have comfortable sofas for you to sit on.

Host Presence: I will be at home much of the day, to assist you. In the mornings, we can enjoy a good breakfast together, and I will leave you a delicious lunch that you can help yourself to during the day. You can decide to sit on the deck, relax in the lounge, snooze in your bed, or spend time on-line while I’m away (I have fibre installed and will provide the Wi-Fi password).

Pet Information: I have a very timid little rescue cat who will most likely keep a low-profile. After a while, she’ll probably come out of hiding to investigate, but isn’t likely to be overly friendly.
