If I cancel my booking, will I get a refund?
A 5% Credit card fee is non-refundable. We may charge a cancellation fee or withhold a portion of your deposit, depending on the circumstances. We always aim to be fair and flexible, and believe our guests will be the same.
Please refer to our Policies page for further information.If you cancel your booking within the allowable cancellation period – 2 days before the start of your booked date, you may be eligible for a refund.
What help do you provide to your guests?
We do not provide medical care, we offer food, support and companionship.
What we can do:
Help to eat (holding a spoon or lifting a glass to mouth, cutting food into bite-sized pieces)
Help to dress, helping with shoes
Take to shower
Help to walk
Offer companionship
Offer paracetamol or aspirin
Take to toilet
Plump up pillows and make comfortable
Apply simple bandages or sticking plaster
What we don’t do:
Change dressings or inspect wounds
Handle, offer or advise on medicines
Suggest exercises or sleeping patterns
Offer diagnosis and treatment
Bathing, physically monitor or be present in toilet activities or bed-bathing
Can you provide transportation services for your guests?
Yes, we can arrange transport for guests upon request. We can arrange pick-up and drop-off and any other require transport.
Is there Internet access?
Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi access for our guests. We understand staying connected is important, and we want to make sure our Guests can be confident with this.
