Tauranga Brookfield

Tauranga, all-one-level, 2-bedroom, 3 bathroom house for guests. Host present.
There is plenty of parking in the large driveway or in the garage, and you don’t
have to reverse out onto the street, as there is a generous turning bay.

The Host: Rosalind

The house is in a cul-de-sac in a quiet suburb, 3 minutes walk to a cafe, convenience store, hairdresser,
gift shop and small restaurant.
There is a large garden with seating just outside the kitchen, or in an area directly off the lounge, with blinds to reduce glare and wind.

Accessibility:

All entrances to the house, including front door, garage and ranch-sliders from dining and lounge areas have no steps,
to provide easy access.

Accommodation:
The bedroom measures 4.5m x 4.5m and features a comfortable queen bed and bedside tables.
Also there is  a smart-TV and armchair.
The house has heat pumps and an HRV system to circulate filtered, controlled temperature air.

Bathroom:
Your bathroom is adjacent to your room and has a shower and full bath, along with a large vanity and mirror‍

Facilities:  
Please feel free to make use of the entire house, including the outdoors where you can be seated   comfortably in sun or shade and enjoy the varied birdsong in the large productive garden.
The rear patio has a sheltered area with see-thru UV blinds and a large picnic table with cushioned chairs.

Host Presence:
I will be at home most of the day and certainly in the evenings. Your breakfast may be served to you in bed if you prefer, or with my company and snacks and lunch will be provided.
