I enjoy meeting new people, enjoy travel and reading, walking, swimming in the sea.
I have been hosting for some time, and the studio is a guest favourite - you will see why!The studio is on the ground floor of the house. The entrance to the house andstudiois flat, with a very slight step down from sliding door into the garden and aslight step into the shower. Shower stool available.
Itis spacious and self contained. The bedroom with Queen bed is partitioned off at one end by a partial wall. The kitchen contains fridge/freezer, microwave,rice cooker, slowcooker, electric frypan and there is a small weber BBQ on thepatio. Smart TV with Netflix. The space is cosy in winter with a heat-pump, and has the air conditioning option in summer. Table and chairs and all cooking utensils, plates etc as needed.
There is a comfortable sofa and armchairs, plus a lazyboy in lounge area.
You have a small private garden area and can hear the sea and smell the salt airfrom the studio. It is so refreshing!
You can be completely independent in the studio or have company over a cuppa. Meals can be provided also - we can discuss this.
The studio is quiet. It is located down ashort shared driveway and so is away from the road. It really is lovelylistening to the sound of the sea. The garden is yours to enjoy.
Due to the nature of this being self contained it would be suitable for a family member to stay as well.The sofa converts to a queen size bed with innersprung mattress.
I live upstairs and am retired, so I am available as required. I am happy to collect you from a hospital stay or other places within New Plymouth or the airport.
I appreciate that people often want quiet and may wish to not be disturbed, and also may like some company at times. I'm there to chat with you and keep you company, or let you recover alone.

Unlimited wifi. The daily price includes a continental breakfast.
The beach is a 5 minute walk, and the Fitzroy Village a 10/15 minute walk.
Secure off street parking available. I don't have pets in the studio and I have no pets of my own.
