Accessibility. The main bathroom with bath, walk in shower, etc and washing facilities has grab handrails.

Accommodation. My second bedroom is big, containing two single beds (with electric blanket, if required), coffee table, 3 chairs (two of them firm upright). You will have a chest of drawers, wardrobe space and book shelves. There is a heater plus a further powerful heater in the hall. The flat has two heat pumps, a wall heater and in winter I often light a real fire for added pleasure. The window overlooks the bay with its water view.

The enormous bathroom features a walk in shower, bath, wc and washing facilities. There are grab rails in the bath and shower. In addition there’s a small cloakroom with a wc and hand basin.

Facilities you are welcome to use all the flat, including the deck where there is a firm chair (ideal after hip replacement), plus comfy chairs overlooking the garden and harbour with its maritime trade.  Inside there’s a small TV room, large lounge, dining, or even family room. I have a wide selection of books, CDs and DVDs, and you are welcome to borrow any of them. Should you prefer to use your device, wifi is available,

I’m in and out but will ensure I’m around when you need me, and will see that you are OK before I leave. If I know your taste in food, I’ll endeavour to supply it, and although I’m no cook you won’t starve - I don’t eat any pig products,

Pets - I myself do not have a pet and do not welcome them - sorry.
