If I cancel my booking, do I get a refund?

If you cancel your booking within the allowable cancellation period – 2 days before the start of your booked date, you may be eligible for a refund. A 2% Credit card fee is non refundable.

We may charge a cancellation fee or withhold a portion of your deposit depending on the circumstances.

We always aim to be fair and flexible, and believe our guests will be the same.

Do you provide meals for guests?

Yes indeed we do! We pride ourselves on this. When you have made a reservation, you can communicate directly with your Host and you together can decide on the food you’d prefer to receive.

Can you organise transportation services for Guests?

Yes, we can arrange transport for guests upon request. We can arrange pick-up and drop-off and any other require transport.

Is there Internet access?

Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi access for our guests. We understand staying connected is important, and we want to make sure our Guests can be confident with this.
